• Hassle Free Return Policy - Basically, we will refund your purchase for any reason except in the case that an item is opened and it's then decided it's not wanted. If you don't like or want an unopened item we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days after the ship date. Refunds will be processed through the method by which you paid. Again, all we ask is that the merchandise be in the same NEW and UNUSED condition with all parts included and IN its ORIGINAL packaging for a refund or exchange. If the item you purchased was an open item it must be returned in the same condition as it left us. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we shipped the wrong the item.
